PENIS ENLARGEMENT

Many men are not satisfied with the appearance, length or thickness of their penis, even if it is a normal size when erect. Penis enlargement and thickening surgery is often favoured today. Penis enlargement involves lengthening the penis, thickening the shaft and adjusting the glans, or a combined procedure with simultaneous lengthening and thickening. As the size of the penis is genetically determined, the length can only be altered by surgery. The girth can also be increased minimally invasively with hyaluronic acid.

WHAT IS PENIS ENLARGEMENT?

The preferred surgical method is the suspension incision method. The suspensory ligament, a hanging connective tissue in the penis, connects the penis to the pelvis in the body. By loosening this tissue, the length of the penis can be increased by 2–4 cm.
The operation is thus successfully completed.

Penis enlargement is a surgical procedure that visually improves the size and length of the penis. PROCEDURE FOR PENIS ENLARGEMENT SURGERY

• Before the operation, the procedure is discussed again and carefully planned

• After pre-operative examinations, the operation is performed under general anaesthetic

• A triangular incision is made in the groin area

• The urologist cuts the anterior internal retaining ligaments

• The inner, oblique part of the penis is stretched so the visible part becomes longer

• The skin incision is sutured with self-dissolving stitches

• A bandage is applied after the operation

• The procedure takes about 1–3 hours, depending on the extent

• Special underwear supports healing and prevents dents; must be worn for weeks
