Breast enlargement in men can be caused either solely by the growth of fatty tissue or by the growth of both fatty and glandular breast tissue. This condition is usually the result of hormonal changes, medication use, or weight gain, though in rare cases, it may be caused by tumors. The enlargement can be unilateral or bilateral.
During gynecomastia surgery, the excess breast tissue is removed through small incisions. The procedure is typically performed under general anesthesia, although local anesthesia may be preferred depending on the case. Patients are usually discharged on the same day.
It is recommended to wear a gynecomastia compression garment or sports corset for about 2–3 weeks following the surgery.
The operation takes approximately 1 to 3 hours. The average hospital stay is 1 day.
A scar may remain in the treated area, but it can usually be hidden within the natural contour of the nipple. Strenuous activities and sports should be avoided for 6 weeks after the operation.

Heavy eye lids
I have been looking to get excess skin removed from my eyes for a number of years now. I have went for so many consultations over the years, but something kept holding me back. Until I came across PG Clinics. I am so happy I waited. I spoke to Sonny the coordinator multiple times. Sent photos of my eyes. She sent me photo's of people with the same issue and their results.
